Date set for 6th Annual Spirit in the Sky Dinner
DATES: February 02, 2014
Spirit in the Sky is an annual event now in its 6th year. It is hosted by Sboro’s Restaurant and Chop House on Coffeen Street in Watertown. It was originally started as a get together for friends and family of Heather A. Flynn Freeman, an Account Executive with Time Warner Media Sales, who was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident on August 19th, 2007.
In the ensuing years it has taken on a life of its own and has become one of the most enjoyable evenings in the community catering to both young and old. It has become more than just an evening of sharing memories and good times of how Heather touched so many people’s hearts with her infectious smile and personality. It is Limited to the first 100 people that buy tickets and all funds raised go to the General Fund of the Heather A. Freeman Foundation. For the price of a ticket guests can enjoy wine and spirits and the outstanding culinary delights of one of the area’s most sought after restaurants, Sboro’s.
This event could not be possible without the support of our hosts, Art and Heather Sboro and their most gracious staff.
